| Ab Lab |
The AB LAB – This quick, intense 30-minute class is designed to whip your abs into shape! All fitness levels are welcome as you learn the latest tips, secrets, and proper techniques from our expert staff for sculpting your six-pack! |
| Beg / Intermediate Spin |
If you can pedal for 45 minutes, you can master this class! Designed for the beginner to intermediates, there is added emphasis on instructor guidance to help you reach your goal which will hopefully be progressing into the 60 minute class. |
| Beginning Muscle Mix |
This 45 minute class is geared toward beginners that want to build and strengthen muscle groups. This class will utilize and build core strength and focus on techniques that you will be able to use in future classes. A full body strength training class to tone your body to look and feel great! |
| Beginning Spin |
If you can pedal for 30 minutes, you can master this class! Designed for the beginner, there is added emphasis on instructor guidance to help you reach your goal which will hopefully be progressing into the 60 minute class. |

Boot Camp! – A fun, intense circuit style class that even you guys will enjoy. Let our expert staff of professional instructors get you into shape by doing some basic moves such as squats, boxing, push-ups, sit-ups, and jump rope. This class is open to all fitness levels so come and challenge yourself to a traditional style workout that will get

This class incorporates traditional body sculpting principles with additional cardio work to really fire up your body’s metabolism and fat burning ability while delivering a well balanced, fun atmosphere. You can work at your own level in this class while receiving expert guidance from our skilled staff. This 45 minute class is taught on unique equipment that incorporates two muscle groups into each exercise and is then followed by a super set exercise that mimics a similar movement. This ensures maximal caloric expenditure and can help blast through any Plateau

| Heart Training Spin |
Focus on an effort in correlation with Heart Rate. You will be able to gauge your training in more specific ways such as increase performance, and conditioning our bodies to utilize fatty acids for fuel this new class will teach you about zones and specific Heart Rate percentages. Heart Rate monitors are strongly recommended. |
| Intro Circuit Training |
This introduction to Circuit Training class is geared for the TRUE BEGINNER. Whether you want to lose those stubborn pounds, you are a senior, or you’ve never joined a gym before this class is for you. It will take you through a full body workout in just 45 minutes with instructor on how to complete a full circuit. |
| Kickboxing |
A fun and exciting way to burn calories, tone your body and increasing your energy level and self esteem. You will gain greater upper, middle and lower body definition and increase your strength by incorporating kicks and punches in a total body workout. |

Pilates – Our floor based Pilates classes focus on building core strength and alignment, improved muscle tone, cardiovascular endurance, while increasing flexibility and providing some much needed stress relief. Our pilates classes are designed to meet all fitness levels - from the beginning student to the advanced athlete looking for an edge. |

Power Hour – This bootcamp style class is designed to help you build a strong, fit Body that focuses on strength training, muscle toning, and high-intensity cardio all in a fun, fast paced hour! Instructors use medicine balls, steps, jump ropes, and weights to tone, strengthen, and firm-up all those hard to work areas! You don’t want to miss it! All levels are welcome.....! |

Spin - A fun, highly motivating classes are designed by our experienced instructors that range from expert bike racers to serious spinners! You will learn about different cycling zones and levels of intensity while being taken on a wild ride that varies from short sprints to intense hill climbs.
