Boot Camp! – A fun, intense circuit style class that even you guys will enjoy. Let our expert staff of professional instructors get you into shape by doing some basic moves such as squats, boxing, push-ups, sit-ups, and jump rope. This class is open to all fitness levels so come and challenge yourself to a traditional style workout that will get

This class incorporates traditional body sculpting principles with additional cardio work to really fire up your body’s metabolism and fat burning ability while delivering a well balanced, fun atmosphere. If you can pedal for 30 minutes, you can master this class! Designed for the beginner, there is added emphasis on instructor guidance to help you reach your goal, which will hopefully be progressing into the 60- minute class. |

No complex choreography, just basic moves designed to get the heart rate up. Instructor provides modifications appropriate for all levels. Learn how to bust a move while getting a great cardio workout. Class starts with a warm up introducing you the basics of aerobic dance. Your heart rate will increase as the class moves into a quicker tempo while learning a fun Hip Hop routine. Class ends with a calming cool down and stretch session to relax your body. It’s a total body workout! |
