BABY BOOT CAMP
Baby Boot Camp is the Nation’s Premier Stroller-Fitness Program. More InfoOur classes aredesigned specifically to help prenatal and post- partum moms (and dads!) get fit.Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises help improve core strength. The stroller, resistance tubes (and even your child!) are used as an integral part of the workout. The structure of all Baby Boot Camp classes follows the guidelines set by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Council on Exercise.
